Isle of Grain Jetty Repairs

Frankham were commissioned to carry out a structural inspection of the jetty at Aggregate Industries’ site on the Isle of Grain.

Immingham Jetty Inspection

Frankham were appointed to carry out a structural inspection on a jetty on the River Humber.

The Street

Frankham Consultancy Group is currently acting as Employer’s Agents for the design and build of 8 residential homes in West Horsley, Guildford. The scheme will include two 2-bed houses and six 1-bed flats, all for affordable rent with onsite car parking facilities and EV charging points. The scheme is being administrated under a S106 Agreement with Brookworth Homes.

Elliot Ward Extended Care Unit and Pharmacy

Frankham quantity surveyors were commissioned by Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the works consisted of the refurbishment of a care unit and pharmacy.

London Bridge Station Redevelopment

As part of the station redevelopment, new retail units have been incorporated making London Bridge station a shopping destination in its own right.

Solar PV Deployment

Frankham supported KH Engineering and Southeastern in delivery of the largest solar PV deployment on the rail network outside of London.

The Village School

The Village School is a replacement building for 235 pupils ranging in ages 4-19 with Special Educational Needs.

Waterloo Station

Involving a full condition survey, structural analysis, assessment and reporting, recommending complete replacement of the roof coverings.

Access for All Footbridges – Alton, Aldershot & Wokingham Stations

Frankham was appointed to provide multi-disciplined full design and construction supervision for the provision of three new footbridges with step free access at three South West Trains Stations: Aldershot, Alton and Wokingham.

Acacia Hall

Frankham were commissioned by Dartford Borough Council to undertake the design and rationalisation of an existing site to be used as a sports & leisure facility complex and car park for the adjacent Town Centre.

Station Road Bridge Replacement Works

Frankham were commissioned by the London Borough of Haringey to provide end-to-end inspection, assessment and replacement design for this structure.

A planning authority required civil engineering advice and opinion regarding the Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) on a development that had been recently constructed.
