Our teams have amassed considerable experience in the management of physical and cultural change in a healthcare environment.

Central Government

Frankham has worked on the Defence Estate for many years including directly with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. Our multi disciplinary teams are conversant with the application of JSP scales, MoD BRCS building regulation approval protocols, MoD fire standards and functional standards for MoD compliance work across South West and South East Regional Prime Contracts.

Local Government

Frankham provides multi-disciplinary and individual services through local authority and national framework agreements to support capital and asset management works programmes

Sport & Leisure

Our multi discipline teams have the expertise to deliver leisure design solutions which are sustainable and will meet your specific needs, whilst fully appreciating any site constraints. Frankham work in close liaison with Planning Officers and the community to develop each scheme.

Commercial

For commercial spaces such as offices, shopping centres, transport hubs, retail and leisure, Frankham provide our clients with the option of a fully integrated design, asset management and risk management capability.

Utilities

Frankham works with developers, contractors and end-users, taking full responsibility for the design and installation of services relating to electricity, gas and water while working on regeneration and new build schemes.
